    It's been over a month now trying to get support. My third node still does not work. Email after email has been sent with no response. I understand the time difference, I am in Texas, USA. Is there a way to reload the firmware on the node or not. I just want to use what I paid for, all three nodes...hello support?

      I am on Firmware V1.0.016(6332) on all nodes.
